Since my last post I have had 3 bought lunches when I went away for the weekend. Off to update signature.
  • Im a bit like old mother hubbard at the mo - the cupboards are bare! So i've got a yogurt and the possibility of weetabix for lunch today but rumours going round the office that one of the sales reps is going to treat us to a chinese takeaway. Please please please or i'm going to be very hungry as I really dont want to have to spend my last £2.50 on something overpriced and too close to its sell by date from the corner shop.

I took my daughter out to a coffee shop for lunch today. So I haven't reached my target this week.
I'm going to go for no more pack lunches this month, and please can you put me down for 26 pack lunches for September.
  • I went to the shop really late last night and managed to pick up some salad, peppers, mushrooms and three avacdo, for pennies a piece, I think the most I paid for anything was 45p for a ltr of tropicana juice.
So assuming that I use all the salad bits over today and tomorrow, all I have to do on Tuesday and Wednesday is think of something to do with the avacados, I normally just it up and eat it as is but, that;s not really a lunch is it? Any ideas other than sticking it in a salad, although if it comes to it that is what will happen.
Went to the hole in the wall yesterday, I have a whole 4 pounds to last me to pay day! But at least it is in the black! So hopefully the boys will have crisp sarnies or I'm stuffed!! That or they will have to take cup a soup or similar.

For August I looked to buy 2 lunches but I didn't buy any, I did spend 35p on rolls one day but I don't really class that as a bought lunch.

    Hope September is as good.
