I have again emailed Mobilise quoting the above post! Also adding this to the letter to them and the charities commission. I have emphasized the use of their bed buddys "Court proceedings" in the intimidation of the disabled!
I await to see with what they come back with this time!
So have I, but going on past form they will completely ignore me. Charming people aren't they? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
I posted on CAG this morning about UKCPS and their office manager. Intimidating disabled people. I seem to have been cagbotted as it has now been removed!:(0

Luckily my posting on CAG which said:-
Yet another example of UKCPS and their pet debt collector frightening a disabled driver.
has survived.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
I think mine disappeared because I mentioned the weasels name!!:p
Even though its OK for the same person to post his threats!:(0 -

And to boast on there about winning a case against a disabled driver who was too ill to attend court. What do they say on their website again? Oh yes "we are an ethical company". In the words of the great Jim Royle "ethical my a***"What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

This from their website:-
Once parked on private land you enter a contract with the landowner or their agent.
They forget to add that this applies to the driver and not the RK. As long as the RK does not disclose the identity of said driver, then their case is dead in the water. This is the value parking forums. They tell people not to contact the PPC and ignore all correspondence from them.
UKCPS also forget to add that the Exeter case was won becuase the disabled "defendant" was too ill to attend the court and could not give their side of the case. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
I see one of the cases was someone suing them, maybe trying to recover a charge. Problem is once paid, you sort of admit being the driver and accepting the contract.
Notice 4 Liverpool ones too! I hope he hasn't got a pet DJ!:p
The Exeter one which was the one too ill to attend £220 was it worth their time and effort! Or was it hand picked to prove a point?:p0 -
They also fail to give any more details than just the judgement. The cases could even be Perky set-up specials.0
