If the press are informed about Mobilise and UKCPS, mention should also be made of their pet debt-collector Court Proceeding Ltd with its "scales of justice" logo. Many people would argue that the name and logo is specifically designed to fool people into believing that this outfit has some sort of official standing, instead of being just a two-bit DCA that operates out of an accommodation address in London. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I can't believe that the Charity Commission have not rescinded Mobilise's Charity Status.0

Having just read through this entire thread, and all the links therein, I am ashamed that a British charity purporting to help the disabled can be so two-faced. I shall be writing to the trustees and to the charity commission to voice my concerns and disapproval. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

The Exeter Case was actually a man who parked without displaying a disabled badge as he does not posses one. He also did attend court and with a defence prepared for him by an expert from Pepipoo.0 -
No, he did not attend court.0

Here we go again, another PPC troll trying to put the wind up people again by lying.
You lot are getting more desperate by the day, oh how i laugh when i see another one on here whingeing, they are obviously losing money hand over fist. But unfortunately not losing it fast enough.
Their days are numbered.0 -
The user name Cordelia is one used by our old friend Peter Hasbeen of UKCPS over on CAG. The reason the guy didn't turn up for the Exeter case was that he was too ill to attend. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

However he was disabled had medical proof but you pursued. Do you wonder why so many are against your industry?
If he was taking the pi$$ fair do's. However he parked near the door as he was in pain and disabled!
"posses" an apt word for you as its to do with cowboys!0 -
Did he park near the door? What makes you so sure of that? Not all disabled bays are near the doors or the nearest bays to the door.0
