    Sent this to Mobilise:

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been following your charity's affiliation with UKCPS on several public forums, on which I have added many comments regarding the treatment of disabled people by a company you seem to add credibility to by having an affiliation with them.
However my dismay was heightened yesterday when I saw posted, by a member of staff or possibly Mr Peter Heswell himself under a disguised username, on a website proclaiming victory over two members of the public who parked in disabled bays without displaying their blue badge.

One case was unable to be defended in person as the defendant was totally incapacitated due to their disability. This company state they are an ethical parking management company, who quote their affiliation with your charity as some sort of accreditation! I believe you know full well that this and other private parking companies use the blue badge scheme to their own end. They frequently issue charge notices to cars not displaying the blue badge in designated bays. Yet these same companies will not allow any other concessions to the badge holder regarding use of their car parks. Many of these charge notices could be avoided if they were serious about protecting the bays for disabled people. A quick look at the tax disc showing a disabled classification would confirm the car was used by or for a disabled person.

I believe your charity has been duped by this company, who you believe are working with you when indeed many believe they are working off you. Your belief in their ethics along with your belief in the ethics of the BPA I believe leave many dumbfounded. I have read your letters and emails were you state you are working with these companies to ease parking for the disabled. I believe you would be better placed in fighting these companies who blatantly issue these charges to disabled people, many of whom have restricted income.

Unfortunately I can not add the links to the website I mentioned as the thread got a little heated, and was removed. I have however added the links to the cases regarding this companies gloating.

I would be interested in your thoughts on the issue raised regarding this companies glee in enforcing county court claims against disabled drivers.

    Yours faithfully

No reply so sent them this:

I, am somewhat surprised at your lack of response to this email I recently sent to you. Am I right in assuming that you are having difficulty in justifying your venture with this company. I have chosen not to place this email on an internet forum for the moment, However I am minded to do so to show your lack of concern in regard to this matter.

    Got this concise reply!

    Good afternoon Esmerobbo

    Thank you for your email.

"We have noted your concerns. We are committed to working with the parking industry to tackle parking issues for people with disabilities."

no name, no signature, do you think they care???? Shame on you Mobilise!

I was thinking of not posting this, but seeing they did not even have the decency to sign it then they don't deserve to be treated with respect! As it wasn't signed then I don't think they require confidentiality

I have had no response either from Mobilise about the various points I have raised with them. I think that tells you something.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
