All I can suggest is that if you decide to take up the offer from UKCPS and become a member of Mobilise then when you receive a parking ticket in the future we will be able to help or offer you advice.
Help??? Appeal to UKPCS and hope.(and don't do it again)
Advice??? Appeal to UKPCS and hope.(and don't do it again)
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Can we make a FOI on these idiots to see if they profit from UKPCS?
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

    From the above web page

"there is no specific legislation regarding disabled bay provision or use on private land"

Which we all know which is why you need not pay any ticket from these scum.

    Also
"Mobilise to give an 'employee of the month' certificate as an external reward to a member of the UKCPS team in recognition of good customer service. "

I think they should have a rogue's gallery of those individual scum that Mobilise deem suitable to receive such a worthless trinket

They'd make a mess of it by calling them fines and such.

Remember that the majority of people just Google things nowadays. Most people will find out about the scam from there, not the propaganda from some two bit charity nobody had heard of before this thread.
  • I am thankful that this, and other forums like them, exist to inform people to be aware of the rogues and shysters about. I cannot believe that Mobilise accept money from organisations like UKCPS, once they have been made aware of their origin.

Can the Charities Commission not do something here ?

The more I read about the quotes etc. in communications from Mobilise I wonder how they continue to call themselves a 'charity' - maybe, it is akin to the Nazis --- Only doing a job - simply not good enough !

Do charities not have to post accounts, and if so, I think it might be interesting to see what amount of money comes from UKCPS - if that is possible to see a breakdown of donors.

    PARASITIC
    S!!! - ME THINKS !

And to think my father fought in the war to give the freedom to the scum to now hound him - 'legalised' mugging without the hoods !

I would rather be out of work - at least that is honest !
    :)
Have a great day before someone louses it up for you !

It's been suggested on one thread somewhere that those of us who are up in arms about the UKCPS/Mobilise 'relationship' should complain to the Charities Commission and also to the Trustees of the charity (not Helen Dolphin or their press/marketing people).

That's worth doing, nothing to lose.

Mobilise are gaining memberships off the back of payments they know have been obtained from bogus parking tickets. Helen Dolphin knows that private parking bays are only advisory and that the Blue Badge scheme doesn't apply - and yet they support UKCPS and NOT the disabled victim when a case is put to them? Scandalous!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I find that remark from Marta Bartosiewicz about an "expensive mistake" patronising and insulting. What Mobilise should be doing is telling UKCPS to get lost, cut all ties with them, and go on the attack. They should actually support the disabled drivers by telling them that they do not have to pay the money demanded by the PPC and that all that talk about blue badges on private land is just a load of baloney. Who's side are they actually on?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
