How very strange, this is exactly what I was about to post

    but just like Miss P........

All I ask is that you don't mention the thread or alcohol and I shall likewise not mention it on yours :D

I'm just having a break from all things MSE, seem to be spending too much time logging on here when I should be using my time more productively.

Off on my jollies on Saturday so will pop back when I get back and see how you're all doing :)

Good luck everyone, chow now

    Hi All

Well have to say after going to bed at 8.30 last night, even with waking up twice I feel so much more human today.:D

Have managed to do loads at work which is good as Im off Friday and Monday.

Still AF so have stuck to the challenge and Im now 8 AFD ... I think:)

As i have already said will be sad to see Miss P go and hope Jo enjoys her hols.

I do find this thread extremely helpful especially on the not so good days, sometimes even if I dont post i know others are going through the same and understand.:A

Well nearly the end of lunch break so had best go, hope to catch up later..

Time for me to release my grip on the thread as I am ok mostly these days with only the odd bell tinkling away briefly

Time for me to say au revior too, to you all, and a big thanks for all the support on here to help me make the changes I have and maintained them for most of the year so far (you know who you are over the last 18mths or so)

Take care my friends and look after yourselves
