    Hi Everyone

Just popping in to declare another af day please, so when you are back DB its 5 for Budgie please hunny. Hope you are ok? Hugs matey and take care. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I am on the detox tea :D and I quite like it too ;)

    Hope everyone else is ok?

Just wanted to say that: Sim mate you have had some very good advice, but the only person that can change this destructive pattern in your life is you.

Sorry I don't mean to sound harsh, but ultimately you are the only one who can change things. I realise that this is very hard to do, but I fear for your physical and mental health if things don't change for you very soon.

You have mentioned your Dear Mum but what other family do you have? Are they willing to help at all? I realise that this may not be easy if you have let them down before with your drinking.

However family ties are always strong and it is a bond which is hard to break whatever the circumstances.

The main priority as Ra says is to keep a roof over your head, without this I shudder to think what would happen if you did not have your home.

Selling your computer as you have already said is not the answer, it is a much needed tool for you to access some support when you are feeling so low.

You do so well with periods of not drinking and then seem to undo all of your good work, others on here have mentioned about self sabotage in their own lives.

I am sorry but I do not have any experience of the Money Shop etc, but I know that you have posted on other threads where people can be of more help.

Your posts trouble me Sim as you seem so unhappy and low, I really wish that I could help as others on here do. Graeme always gives such good advice and he too has been at such a low point in his life, (as have other posters) they have managed to turn things around.

I guess the thing is, you can too ...........................

But you have to want it above and beyond anything else

You are worth more than what lies in the bottom of a bottle, you deserve to have a much better life for yourself mate.

Now you have to believe this, and if you do truly believe it then things will change for the better.

I hope I haven't gone on :o but I am worried about you.

    God Bless and take care
    Big hugs mate (())

Have just been for a walk to distract myself & got utterly soaked... :o

I do hope that you have thoroughly dried your fur ;)

We don't want Bear Flu now do we

Its a long way from Stoke to bring the chicken soup, but if needed I would of course bring it. Oh and maybe a pot of marmalade :)

Well you know me, I like to pull out all the stops :D

To be honest I'm still drooling over 365 and her homemade goodies from yesterday.

Hugs Ms Honey B and I hope you are ok?

oh carp, I've not updated the chalenge and now I really do need to go to bed - can I do it tomorrow first thing?

I've had a horrible day really. We've just bought a new house and I went in to clean today before we move next week. Well, it is really horribly dirty - the previous occupants can't have cleaned the bathroom in months as the tiles were covered in a hard scum/scale crust that I had to use a scraper on - really really gross. A friend started the kitchen and it was really greasy (you can imagine). of course there's dust an inch thick under the radiators and the windows are filthy. Going back tomorrow with a bucket of cillit bang, wire wool scrubbers and ultra thick rubber gloves.
perhaps the worse thing is that I know when i move out of this house that the landlord will expect it to be in perfect order or I'll get stung for a hefty cleaning bill.

Sorry, don't mean to moan but I feel soooo tired.

Good news is that I am AF tonight too.

    See you all tomorrow
    Trying to keep in budget.

I went for a run tonight to finish a week of my training programme - found it very tiring however it was lovely to run on a warm sunny evening for a change

No bells ringing for me at all but quite a few naughty food treats - thats all for this week must get the diet back on track and lose some more pounds of weight rather than money!

Oh I wish sparkles, it's been grey and wet here all day. That's why HB got wet fur (hope you're warm and dry now HB).

On the diet thing, I think I've been munching far too much lately. I put some tailored trousers on tonight and I was ashamed of how tight they felt after loose ones during the hot weather. Must try harder!

Sending you hugs sim. I can't make any useful suggestions as, like Budgie, I've no experience. I think buying food has to be very sensible and keeping up to speed with rent. I'm sure you'll feel so much better once you have a plan in place to work on. Everything crossed for you.

Hope you had a good shift SSG and no temptation.

That sucks about your new house gien, how can people leave a house in that state. Glad you've not been driven to drink.

Hope you feel better after a night's sleep NRA.

:T to everyone who's managed to be AF tonight and that includes me:D

    4AF please DB

(hope you're enjoying time with your Dad)

    Good Morning SSG,

    2 hours kip? Yikes!

    I've been up all night.

Everything in moderation and all that ;-)

I am searching the boards, genning up on DWP Budgeting Loans / Crisis Loans.

This could possibly help with clearing the PayDay loan off, fingers crossed :)

Starting to feel a bit calmer, and more positive now I've been off the sauce for 3 / nearly 4 days.

    Sim xx
