Oh, I do envy you the beach on the doorstep fay. I was brought up by the sea and I still miss it. And well done on your AFness, you're doing brilliantly. When are les enfants home from La Belle France?

Tomorrow is my (oops! our) anniversary and we're off to the IOW for the day, so I'll see plenty of the sea there.

I've decided that it's the disappointment of not being able to look forward to a drink in the evening that I miss more than the drink itself. I'm fine once I'm over that. I expect it's different if it's a physical craving but for me it's just a lifestyle thing/bad habit that I'm changing thanks to this great thread.
