Thanks DB, I can honestly say it was not too bad at all, just a matter of breaking a habit.
The future can be anything you want it to be and we are all here to support you, and each other:D
I reckon any damage done can be reversed, as I drank myself stupid for over ten years and I am fit and healthy so likely it will be all OK
