Hope you feel better tomorrow Marru sometimes these things come to nothing much after a good night's sleep. Good luck on Friday too. I'm sure you'll have your wits about you! I'm laughing at the thought of taking some twits with you as well not to mention YM's interpretation
And welcome to Alchera

Evening all, and Hi Alchera.
I'm getting on fine with the fizzy water tonight but think its more to do with the household coming down with a cold! Can't taste much at the momentThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Had a great day. Been on a behaviour change course. Very interesting.
It was aimed at how I can help people change their behaviour through my work. However as there is plenty of behaviour I want to change in myself it was good on a personal level as well as a professional one.
I can if anyone wants email them the sheet to fill in to help you determine your goals and how to move towards them. PM me or I can put it up on here.
Was slightly amusing that some of the people on the course were personal trainers, real fit gym bunnies!! I was a great example for the 'Change your eating/fitness behaviour!!
But it must of had an impact because I've had a very healthy dinner!
The mind is such a fascianting and powerful thing!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Don't stress it guys, easily done - xxxxx
ssg - if it were me - I'd get rid of it down the sink (easy said though) - I can't have anything in the house - if I do willpower is out the window.
I emptied my bank spare money into my loans etc to pay them off early - left me with not much but the necessary money for food etc - helped me - might not work for you - but if the money wasnt there I couldn't spend it.
I also went through a phase of having to lock away my purse on way home/leave it locked at work - it stopped me buying wine on the way home.
Hugs guys - can't really say much except how I tried to avoid the stuff.
xxx
365 course sounded interesting.
