    Welcome Alchera!

    Feeling poo :( flu like symptoms with a head ache :( if I feel like this in the morning I will take tomorrow off from work.

    Ex has sent two letters, one in normal post and one signed for. Almost left the one in the post office and walked away. Next time I think that is just what I am going to do. I am not going to read them but of course the whole thing is nagging in my mind and dragging me down.

    As I am feeling carp already it is easy to declare 15 please Shaggy as I can't even imagine having anything stronger than decaf tea now.
