  • My lovely day yesterday turned to rubbish in the evening. Me and the ex had a massive row and she said some horrid things about our relationship. So I drank vodka last night too.

So I feel lowest of the low this morning due to the argument and due to drinking.

And to add to the misery, the estate agents have just rang to say that our buyers can't proceed, as their buyer has pulled out. We were given the impression that our buyers had already sold and they were cash buyers. It turns out that they were in the process of selling their house to a cash buyer and he has now pulled out. Talk about being lead up the garden path.

So we are back on the market again, with a limited time to sell, due to the time of year. The closer we get to Xmas, the less chance there is - I reckon we have about a 4 week window to sell, as people want to be moved in for Xmas don't they? If not, we will be stuck living here until market picks up again in January, which is a horrid prospect and one I don't want to contemplate just yet.

I'd better start doing a super-clean and tidy again to get this place to show-house standard, ready for viewings.

    Hugs to all,
    Caz

  • Caz - ((hugs)). If house doesn't sell, could you not rent it out?? I suppose that keeps you tied to ex though.:(

40SM - would love to join in your challenge but my willpower is zero at the moment so think I would fail at the first hurdle! Good luck though if you decide to go for it!!!

Been keeping myself busy. Living room and kitchen both cleaned to within an inch of thier lives!:rotfl:

  • Oh F*ck.

I'm having a huge craving for a drink. Out of nowhere.

Am having to get into town in a bit, to print something off at library.

Then to the godawful Money Shop place again, to cash my YouGov cheque (I know, I know, but I need the money for food and NPower!)

Am actually scared right now, by this craving for a drink.

    Cheers,

    Sim x
  • PS - Really don't want to drink, as one will lead to 10 + and I've got too much to lose.

My advocacy bloke is coming over to mine at 3pm too, to go through ESA Appeal stuff.

Think I'm craving a drink 'cos I'm just feeling overwhelmed by this appeal tribunal coming up, and having to prepare. The tribunal want my evidence sent in by Friday, and this is not going to be easy.
