    Hope you've not got Lurky's man-flu! ;)

Good luck to all you 100 Day Challengers. I think it's v.impressive but not something I want to do. I might think how many AF days I might like to have before Christmas tho... *ponders*

Sim, hope you're doing ok & have beaten the craving. Just remember that however tough this is now, it will be loads worse if you have a drink *hugs*

Quiet evening planned here; am not Shredding this evening* :o

    Declaring 13 please Shaggy :)

I am looking at ofsted reports and rental properties and I don't even have that job yet.

I think Lurk's lurgy is spreading. :( I am on decaf coffee now trying to fend it off.

    Torture!

    :rotfl:

Tis genuinely a good workout, I reckon, but crikey you know about it! Have worked out she doesn't give enough time for a proper stretch/cooldown at the end so I'm going to add some of my own next time & see if that helps with the aches.

Marru, hope someone does take up the Challenges post. I can't, if I devote more MSE time than I do already my shoulder will utterly fall off so I have to be careful. Think you have done sterling work with it tho :T

    Thanks HB.

I went a looking. Was disapointed being the sloth that I am I'm afraid that kind of thing holds little interest!

I had in my mind that it was a 30 day programme to get rid of all the carp in your life...now that I could go for!

Sim - you have prepared so much for this meeting don't throw it away now, you will just make it worse. Bank that cheque and don't get cash out. NPower will wait couple of more days and then you don't have the cash to spend.

    Thanks Marru.

Hope you're having a good evening.

I took a breather, forgot about town and stayed put!

Was trying to do too much at once (sort appeal paperwork / re - jig CV / get to library / cash cheque / pay bills / get more food etc)

I just thought that none of it was *that* important, and that it was more important to stay sober, calm, and to be here when my advocate gets here!

All went well. He was a lovely, funny, helpful bloke and he'll be coming over again on Thursday to go over things. I'll then get my paperwork off to the tribunal people for Friday. He'll then be coming with me to the tribunal in 10 days time.

Your advice re my YouGov £50 cheque is spot on. However if I now bank it at A&L tomorrow, I don't think the funds will clear until next Monday / Tuesday.. :o

I'm going to check on my other account (Co-op) as I think they are quicker.

Failing that I will have to cash it at Money Shop, as I really need the cash.

    Cheers,

    Sim x

    Great advice HB.

    Thanks!

I'm so glad I saw sense, sat tight and didn't act on how I felt.

    Cheers,
