Am close to having an AF day but I don't want one! I didn't buy any wine this afternoon or just now when I went for a walk, but I have other nice things to drink...

Shall put the kettle on...sorry this is a bit rambly!

  • Please HB, pink grapefruit juice is just too much this time of the evening.
    Two sugars, please.

DB - Yep I'm past it now, can safely declare 1 AF

FUAS - Freezer surprise - is that when you can't identify contents and hope you haven't taken out some stewed apple that looked like chicken in in it's frozen state ?

Thanks budgie ! Hug much appreciated.
Yep DS is a FB friend, I know that's quite a status to behold :) I shall say nothing about his GF until he 'thinks' to mention it.
Tis strange having access into their social lives, so your DS is still refering to her as a friend ?

Will be an early walk to corner shop with dog tomorrow if the day is to be started right with PG .Although I think I may have some Earl Gray hidden away somewhere.

Yes Dc it is a status to behold ;)

I am not on FB but my Ds says he would not add me as a friend anyway :(
Ok so I am nosey :o but only in a nice way ;) and yes she is: "A Friend" Go figure ;)
Budgie thinks tis more to this than meets the eye...........

    :hello: here it is,

Thanks Budgie, I am ok, thank goodness for running - it is the only thing keeping me sane at the moment.

I am still filing :( but now getting too tired so shall tidy stuff away and go to bed with some decaf tea :) and running magazine :D

Anybody else watched Panorama tonight? I worked in Battersea Dogshome as kennelhand 9 years ago and couldn't believe how much worse the situation had gone. Can fully sympathise why they have to do what they do. Anyone have a solution - answers on the post card please. :(

He was gorgeous and I WANT ONE!!!

    Morning all

I dragged myself kicking and screaming through the evening, dunno how I did it but 2 for me please DB. Hope tonight will be easier. Managed to sleep most of the night but woke up frequently due to vivid dreams with caged birds in? Wondering if Monty the falcon triggered this off?

Where's Lurky, has he gone off on his jollies?

Right better get ready for work

    Oh, another thing......

Finally received payment for one of my ebay items yesterday, 3 days after the person bought it, it was buy it now so if she knew she wasn't gonna pay for it for 3 days why buy it then??? The other 4 items have still not been paid for (over £100!!!) but the buyer emailed last night to say that she's waiting for her paypal account to be verified......how long does that take?? I need the money!
