Only an hour to go, thinking I'm going to have salmon tonight, my DD1 once made an 'experiment' salmon dinner when she was younger and more helpful....salmon fillets with a breadcrumbs, grated orange rind, juice of the orange, a bit of parsley and a bit of mayo all mixed up and slapped on top of the salmon (that's the technical term..) then cooked in the oven till it goes all crisp  with Jersey royals and peas probably
What should I have for afties
ETA: just found the recipe that DD1 used all those years ago! Can't believe I remembered all the ingredients!DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
