Only an hour to go, thinking I'm going to have salmon tonight, my DD1 once made an 'experiment' salmon dinner when she was younger and more helpful....salmon fillets with a breadcrumbs, grated orange rind, juice of the orange, a bit of parsley and a bit of mayo all mixed up and slapped on top of the salmon (that's the technical term..) then cooked in the oven till it goes all crisp :drool: with Jersey royals and peas probably

What should I have for afties :think:

Weirdly better since I mentioned it on here!
Unfortunately my glasses are out of date & I cannot see well enough in them for work purposes so I'm managing as best as I can with contacts & giving my eyes a break more at home
