Only an hour to go, thinking I'm going to have salmon tonight, my DD1 once made an 'experiment' salmon dinner when she was younger and more helpful....salmon fillets with a breadcrumbs, grated orange rind, juice of the orange, a bit of parsley and a bit of mayo all mixed up and slapped on top of the salmon (that's the technical term..) then cooked in the oven till it goes all crisp  with Jersey royals and peas probably :D

What should I have for afties

ETA: just found the recipe that DD1 used all those years ago! Can't believe I remembered all the ingredients!

DB, so sorry to hear your tragic news. My heart goes out to you & your friend even more so. Sending you lots of hugs & support, sweetheart

Lots of other reflective posts on here since the start of this new thread; seems like we've all got a lot to think about.

I have been drinking like a fish (do fish drink? smiley_shrug.gif)

And I miss my ex. Lots & lots & lots :(

Weirdly better since I mentioned it on here!

Unfortunately my glasses are out of date & I cannot see well enough in them for work purposes so I'm managing as best as I can with contacts & giving my eyes a break more at home :)
