    Morning all

Jo - don't beat yourself up over the wobble. I very nearly wobbled myself last night - it was only the torrential rain that stopped me going and getting a bottle of wine. Planning on drinking weekend (not lots but with meals etc) so really want to be AF this week.

DC - programme was good wasn't it?...but how awful that all that fresh veg got wasted just because it doesn't come within certain size guidelines. They talk about families living on the breadline..imagine how far that food could go to alleviating that problem. I woke up this morning still thinking about it. Its really got to me.

Well, its still bloody raining here, but at least its lighter than last night! Didn't want to get out of bed this morning - definately getting that autumnal feeling.

Off food shopping with Mum this morning to Mr T's. Then its Piglets last afternoon at Nursery! Mum has made them some lovely little fairy cakes with sprinkles, smarties and chocolate stars. Nom nom...(Ok, I'll admit they ...ahem...have a couple less than they should:o)

So better get my bum in gear....Piglet still not dressed and got to leave in about 15 minutes!

    Miss P
    xx

After my 3 AF nights last week, I'm determined to do 4 AF nights this week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday now done, so just tonight to go. But, one thing I have noticed is that I'm feeling really tired - more fatigued I suppose, as it's mental and physical. Is this normal?

I do feel as if I'm sleeping well though... maybe my body just needs lots and lots of alcohol free sleep?

Hope piglet enjoys his last day at nursery :) It's hard watching them moving on isn't it :(

Still, the cakes sound yummy

I've just eaten 2 choklit rice krispie square bars, I've put on a bit of weight since I went on holiday and had said that I was gonna be good when I got back :undecided

Can you believe I've had parents knocking at the door and ringing up since 8am! One of them insisted that his sons' results were wrong, he got a C in French when surely it should have been an A* :rotfl: the boy was never here!!

Oh and we've got workmen in re-flooring a couple of classrooms just up the corridor and the smell is obnoxious _pale_

Right, think I'm gonna get my head down today so that I don't have to do much tomorrow, got 2 sets of minutes to type up (once I find my notes :undecided) and an entire function to organise for 2 weeks time

If you see my light on at any point today, please feel free to shout at me :D

Do you want me to add you to the challenge? You could earn yourself 4 very cute smilies by the end of the day and a bravo one for tomorrow :)

Well... if you put it like that.... I thought I may be too late to join and include the days I'd already been AF, but if I can, then YES, I'd love to and it will insipire me to keep going tonight (honestly cannot remember when I last had 4 AF days in a row....)

    :p:p:p:p

In my defence.....the photocopier has died and so I was looking online for the number to call the engineer....I clicked the wrong window open that's all...

Also, I was sent a PM and HAD to respond :rotfl:

Off now to ring the engineer, otherwise I might as well go home
