Jo - didn't manage last night but AF tonight. Thanks for running the challenge. I have updated scores and will post tomorrow.
Not doing too well here and feeling very low and anxious about all sorts of things so will scoot off and not lower the tone too much!
Hope you are wll well.

Dunno if I've got all the scores correct, I slept in till 7am instead of 6am (cos it was dark when 6am turned up

Could you all please update me with your AFDs, I don't want to presume!!

Morning All
Sorry I have been AWOL, I've been really busy in RL and have not been very good on the AF front. Still I was AF yesterday and am now on 8 AFDs. I think I only made 24 hours of your challenge JO:o
Anyhoo, I'm going to try for an AF weekend and an AF rest-of-the-month.
I'd really like to be mostly AF between now and the end of November. I know I really struggled to be AF last December so if I'm really good over the next few months I can relax a little about a little indulgence in December.
There - I've put it down in black and white - now I'll just have to try and be good.
Shaggy
So that's my goal - to be pretty angelic over the next few months :AWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Oh I am just hopeless, caved in again last night and had yet more wine
I dunno what it is that just makes me want it? had done loads of useful things - got blackberry wine on the go (not a good idea really!) and made cucumber and apple chutney plus sorted loads of washing then just decided to have a small one! I have seriously failed this challenge!!

It feels lovely to be back
Feels lovely to have you back - though I've been AWOL a little myself...

Miss_Piggy wrote: »Sad day here as was Piglets last day at nursery. He came home with his folder of his progress through the last few years. Was lovely to read as had photos on of him plus progress reports which show he's gone from a shy, retiring, non communicative (he had speech issues) toddler to an outgoing, friendly, active, vocal (tell me about it!!:rotfl:) young boy. Made me cry. In a good way.:oWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. I'm in the same boat as you Shoppy
Wished I didn't get that extra hours sleep now, I feel exhausted - haven't had my 2 hours preparation for work!
I REALLY need to get my head down today and clear the desk ready for Tuesday so that I can have an easy couple of days before the staff come back on Thursday, REALLY, REALLY need toDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0
