    Not having a good month again. Only down 1 lb since start. I think I must be getting more lax or its just getting harder to shift the last half stone :(

    I forgot to weigh yesterday - Freudian slip? Bottle of wine, spread over three nights, half a bar of chocolate, ice-cream on Saturday.

    Weighed today - PUT ON 2 1/2 lbs!!!!!!!!:o

    I've lost another 3lbs taking my total for the month to 11lbs!:j

    So excited as I'm only 20lbs away from my goal now!:j I never thought I'd get to this stage!

    Bad month for me too. Much the same at the end of the month as I was at start. Really have to put in the effort in September. So near to my target but somehow not able to get those last pounds off.
