I'm another 2lbs down this week, which astonished me as it'm my TOTM! I usually stay the same or gain that week! Well chuffed! It's probably down to the fact that my car has died on me though and I've had to move my backside and walk everywhere!:o:D

Hey all ive got my weigh in tomorrow and im dreading it! Didnt eat loads in Leeds over the weekend but drank a lot of evil alcohol and did indulge in a really tasty curry!
Oh well ive been back on it the rest of the week so can only hope for a STS lol x0 -
I lost -0.5lbs yay! after last weekend im really surprised ive lost anything but I suppose eating healthily aswell has balanced it a bit?!?

Well done, Suze! Isn't it a pain that wine has so many calories - it's basically sugar, i suppose.
I have a new tipple - vodka and diet lemonade. Tried the usual tonic, which I love, but the quinine keeps me awake.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

I never think of askin for diet lemo! must remember to try that next time! i was on the dreaded lager for a few halves then onto the vodka, lime & lemofollowed by a chicken kebab on the way home ha ha x

I forgot to post on sunday. Had my weigh in and i sts AGAIN. Although i appear to have lost 0.3% more fat and gained 0.4% more muscle since my last weigh in too. I have also lost inches since the last time i measured myself too:j. The bigest differences being my waist (down to 30" from 35") and muffin top (down to 38" from 42"). My wobbly baby belly is slowly going back to normal:D
I'm dreading this weeks weigh in tho. I'm due on at the end of the week and i'm soooo bloated already, i hate it. I reckon i'll of easily gained this week even tho i've just started on the 30 day shred dvd, which has totally killed me:rotfl:, my thighs have never felt so much pain. It'd better be worth it thats all i can say.£387.39/£196.46

I usually mark that week with a little star so I know if ive gained it might not necessarily be down to eating/drinkingim usually not too bad but I think sometimes with me its a combination of period and food lol x

Disaster! I have put ON a pound and a half!!!!!!!

Lost another 3lbs this week, taking my total for the month to 8lbs and my overall total to 55lbs!:j
Oh, and I'm now overweight rather than obese according to my BMI!:D
