    Well done, CG! :)

I'm going to tai chi again tonight. Bottled out of my walk down town - too many black clouds and it did rain.

Hmm do I gather that you don't eat meat? Have you thought about wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with salad and take a little pot of spicy salsa (not too liquid) to add to it

Love meat Dragon but trying to have red meat only once a week fo a main meal:o

Tuna would be great but I really dont like it:o

Enjoy your weekend, Suze. It'll be hard to stick to 'regime'.

I haven't had a glass of wine all week, but Saturday will be a challenge!

Bad day yesterday. Had lovely curry for dinner, but need ice-cream afterwards. OH served two huge 'lumps'.

Of course I ate it. OH, who is well over-weight, does try to sneakily undermine my efforts.

    Morning everyone!

    Well done on the losses!

Weigh-in day again for me today and sticking to my regular pattern I've lost another 2lbs. :D Not the full 6lbs I was hoping for before my hol on Fri (!) but it'll do i guess! If I manage to squeeze another 1lb or so loss in before then I'll let you know! :rotfl:

Well we go off on Friday for 2 weeks to Turkey. We're very excited and I'm going to eat what I want, whilst being SENSIBLE (it will be a first for me!) I do expect to put a little back on as I won't be able to weigh in or be as careful about what I eat but as it'll be boiling and we'll be in the pool alot, hopefully it won't be more than a few pounds and I'll be able to shift it quickly again once i get back (that's the plan anyway!!)

I'm having a spray tan done on Thursday ready for the hol, and I'm still dreading that, even though I've lost 3 and a half stone. The idea of baring all isn't that appealing, but when I get all my size 14 clothes on while I'm on hol it'll be a nice feeling (I was an 18/20 last year in France!!)

    I'll stop waffling now! :rotfl:

Onwards and downwards everyone and I'll check back in a couple of weeks, hopefully not TOO much heavier!

Lost 2lbs! I am pleased, as I haven't suffered, just cut the wine almost completely ( small red with dinner Saturday & Sunday. spritzer yesterday). Had some ice-cream Friday and Sat.

Have practised tai Chi every day, so maybe that helps too. Am just into 10st +++

    Have a lovely holiday,Cg

Well done pollypenny!! It's fab when you see the results of your hard work isn't it?!

Oh and another 1lb off for me this morning-I usually only post my weight-loss once a week but I'm allowing myself to be scale obsessed just for these few days in the run up to the hol knowing I'll probably have a bit of a gain to admit to when I get back! :o:rotfl:
