    Hi, please can I join?

Weight has crept up and the all-inclusive hol didn't help, even though I ate salads every day, had no desserts. The wine is my problem.

Managed to lose 2lbs last week, but been at a wedding this weekend. I will weigh in the morning, after shaving my legs, of course, and post 'score'.

Just been to Tai Chi - more for health, than weight lose. But will keep off the wine.

Hmm do I gather that you don't eat meat? Have you thought about wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with salad and take a little pot of spicy salsa (not too liquid) to add to it

One dinner I do like which is not too bad is wholemeal pitta with tuna and sweetcorn, I think 2 of these with salad cream works out about 8-10 points (on weight watchers which isnt bad for a dinner) depending on amounts used but I find it really fills you up especially if you have the 2 lol

Or have one with a yoghurt and some fruit (think thats prob a better idea lol)

Another dinner I do like are the weight watchers soups, theyre just the right size and have some really nice flavours, along with a bagel all together about 5-6 points and that really does fill you up x

Or I have 80g (dried) pasta (which is quite a bit but what you need if thats all your having) a tin of tomatoes along with peppers/onion/sweetcorn etc maybe a bit of ham, heat up in the microwave at dinner time and munch away! - this is only about 5 points which is another good one!

hope that is of some assistance, I do struggle some days with my dinners too just get a bit bored of the same old same old! x

    Morning everyone!

Yesterday was weigh-in day for me and I've lost 2lbs again. I don't think I'll hit the 6lb I was aiming for by the time we go on hol next Fri (:rotfl:), but anything extra I lose before I have to bare all on the beach will be a bonus!

My total loss now is 3 stone 5lbs in just under 5 months, so i'm pleased but if I'm honest with myself I still have another 2 stone 4 to go (to get to 'healthy' BMI for my height), so i'll be here a while longer I think! :D

Onwards and downwards everyone and well done on the losses so far!

    CG. x
