Evening All... well it was a small spend day today - £4.09 in Mr T's for some bread...errr more doughnuts
and a couple of little bits. Was kinda expected though so I'm not beating myself up about it.
Sunnylooloo - Pay day for me too tomorrow, cannot wait! I'm not sure the NSD challenge has made me spend any less but has made me think more about what I'm spending on.
Weather here has been odd too today, one min chucking down cats, dogs and half of London Zoo, then the next it's blue skies, sunshine and everyone looking super daft cos they are still holding their umbrellas up! :rotfl:
Can't beleive it's nearly the end of the month already. It will be a spendy day tomorrow as I need to get my friend a b'day present - going to do her a daft goody box, but might squeeze in a couple more before the end of the month.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Never really thought it would be a problem, but with my finances as they are couldn't help worrying just a little as without a wage i would be totally screwed, so definitely feeling relief now!!

Sorry, just a quick one tonight. Haven't had time to look through posts or compose tonight's song but had to post as today is NSD 15 :T:T:T:T
Target met, panda is mine.
15 days of no spending whatsoever :T:T
Might be a toughie to get this time but I'll go for a revised target of 18 please Spoon.
Hope everyone's doing OK.Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!

NSD number 12 for me today - going for 4 in a row this week, as we don't actually need anything. Hugs to everyone having a rubbish time, it must be something in the air, i'm feeling really gloomy the last couple of days too. Doesn't help that I am hating my job with a passion right now!
Might have to go and raid the cupboards for some sweeties now - just 'accidentally' clicked the link to those champagne truffles - yummy!!!Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon .... :cool:0 -
Milk was an essential purchase today.
Also picked up (at full price, but a lot of them on offer) a loaf of bread, a cucumber portion, 2 packs toms, bunch spring onions, pack cooked beetroot, a lettuce, an avocado, a tub of ice-cream, and a large pack of ham (DS has already finished 2 packs out of the 3 small ones of the Mr T value stuff I bought on Friday ), 7 packs of S&V Hula H00ps, a tin of Soya Beans (like Baked Beans) and a tinned 'bean meal' that sounds interesting from the text on the label (no picture, but only 19p so worth a try - and a stock up if I like it)
That lot cost me £9.
Whoopsie-wise I started off with 2 jars instant hot chocolate from the staff shop this morning (bbe June 2010) at 20p each - but forgot to check normal price, so must do that and update whoopsie savings in s/sheet and signature tomorrow
Then (at final reduction time) I picked up
2 packs almond croissants (2 in each pack)
1 pack raspberry doughnuts (5 in pack)
3 bags of 5 pick 'n' mix rolls (2 of croissants, 1 of 'best batched' rolls - which I call soup rolls)
1 bag of 6 croissants
2 chunks Red Leceister Swirl with Garlic & Herbs (cheese)
1 seeded baguette (have got myself addicted to these!)
1 long french stick
2 packs of Mvller Stars Yogurts (4 per pack)
4 150g Organic Natural Yoghurt (150ml each)
2 sliced wholemeal loaves (800g each)
1 pack granary rolls (6 large)
Total for the Whoopsies was £3.60, and goods have a real value of £19.08 - so well pleased with this 'little' haul :T
Just need to find a shoe-horn or (more likely) crow bar to squeeze a fair bit of it into my freezers tomorrow morning
Also picked up a 2011 calendar for 99p - has a useful write on/wipe off memo board at the top of it, so somewhere to keep track of things I need to replace as I'm working in the kitchen...... roll on more accurate shopping lists to help me run down all my stock-piles once I don't have DS here anymoreCheryl0 -
Number 7 for me!
Just 3 more to go0 -

If one feels rather rich, one can have one's butler follow this link:

Brilliant idea, if, we've got an NSD cow (not sure who's got Daisy at the moment), how about an NSD butler as well.
