Which I think makes your purchase far more justified than mine. Still, cc bill paid this month so I don't think I need to declare myself a shopaholic just yet.
come_on_get_happy - I do know what you mean, its kinda a little like christmas with the expectation of getting your shiny new food purchases home ready to unwrap... I blame some deep hidden hunter/gatherer/nesting instinct that we have 'must provide for brood' except I would imagine hunting wooly mammoth was a tad more taxing that navigating Mr T....although its prob a close run thing on a Sat afternoon :rotfl:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I've made it to double figures at last :T Today is NSD #10 for me
Even if it had been a spend day, I don't think I'd have had the energy to venture out for final reductions though
I did a 5.41 mile run this morning (in 1hr, 2m, 26s - so slower than I've been going, but still happy with it as my leg gave me major grief as I tried to get moving), and wanted to sleep instead of go to work this afternoon. Got home from work around 5:30, and couldn't muster up the energy to make tea (which was just a case of lobbing bits into a dish - after minimal prep work - and throwing into the oven) until after 7pm
Early night for me I think, as I have the running club (and a 4.2 mile run) tomorrow night !!!!Cheryl0 -
My mum is busy having her house all done top to bottom atm, spoke to her tonight to ask 'is my old room painted yet' .... and had 30mins about a leaking tap and siezed pipe disaster instead (so no, apparently my old room isn't painted) ...sorry mum...only asked
:o:o
Kerri, it's amazing how quickly it takes over your whole life... these days no one asks me how i am in case they get a 20 minute rant on the evils of DIY, instead of a "fine thank you"!!!solventsoon wrote: »
This is going to be a very quick roundup tonight - sorry but I’ve just done a 13 hour day at work and, quite frankly, am kernackered and need my bed.. Hopefully back to normal form tomorrow.:o
Pleased to finally report number 7 today :j:j
Am hoping i can do the same tomorrow & Friday to get me back on track before the paint buying marathon starts!!!!February NSD challenge 5/150 -

Yoga class started again today.
So went for a coffee after.
Yoga? sound good but you know what, I've never been supple and 'balanced' - even as a kid, I was always falling over, turning my ankle - and I know what you are going to say Beanie - yoga would be good for you then!!!!Another spend day booster for his lordship
Can I ask how much you paid for his booster Tamrin? Someone mentioned they paid about £50 or £60 for their dog's jab the other day and I thought "What??" - we have 3 dogs (bet you did not guess that did you?) but we pay £25 for a booster and health check, so wondered what others pay
P.S. Ooops think I had better add that I had NSD NUMBER 12 today - we went to the auction for a hall cabinet but realised when we checked the measurements it would not fit - and the annoying thing is it only went for £2 - and no, there is no way we could not fit it in even at that price! But we bought another smaller one that will do for now until the 'right' one comes in so can now store the dry dog food out of the way - and it came it so much other stuff that we can sell at a car boot for much more than I paid for the whole lot, so will make a profit, thus saving my NSDMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Not doing very well this month - I so need to be back at work! Have managed a miserable 1 more so far this week and lots of spending to do in next couple of days as off to London to see my bro and his family - lots of spending to do as we have to stay in a hotel and despite a car full of snacks will need to eat 'proper' food too.
Roll on September:rotfl:Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly
Emergency fund £1000/£1000
Savings for big things £90170 -
