    Good luck with your claim Karl. MBNA eventually sent me a copy of my agreement with a tick under "NO PPC". They have been charging it to my card for near enough 9 years despite me not wanting it. Sent the questionnaire off on Monday. Lets see what happens....and how long they stall me for :mad:

    Hiya, hope you hear some good news by then, but otherwise ring them and ask for an update, tell them though you just want an update and also request for all correspondence to be put into writing.
