Hi all
I’ve been so busy with work this week that I haven’t posted all week…shame on me
, will be a good girl this coming week and pledge to post every day!
Lacking in energy today, so going to make a short list and then add extras after completing the first lot!
Well done on bringing your DFD forward DNMS, that’s so inspiring!
Wow, that’s quite a list Fay, wish I had that much motivation!
Hang in there Rachel, not long now!
So, to make a start, I will:
- Check bank & update spreadsheet for July
- Set up budget spreadsheet for August
- Make an extra payment to A & L CC – done
- Any surveys
- Find recipes for stuff marrow and ratatouille, will cook these later with DS
- Lots and lots of HC (3 teenagers and all off school…) – 2 loads done & out, another in machine
- Clean my bedroom
Stitchy – do you have a public 101 list? I’ve considered setting one up, but never really got round to it. I agree with the working full-time thing, it has a huge impact on being able to do things we really want to do!
Anyway, will leave it at that for now and pop back later to update & hopefully add some more.

yay its the weekend, and I intend to not over do chores this weekend! Went shopping last night so that's done and oh & I are trying out a new things where we "make every room we go into a little nicer" and not mess it up as we do currnetly! We're hoping this way we will be doing chores at a minimum! we'll see my natural inclination is to be messy
so this weekend I will- [STRIKE]go to saturday morning cinema with dd & oh soon[/STRIKE]
- go bowling later on (expensive but needing qt with dd) decided to go out for lunch instead
- [STRIKE]have bought drinks & mini doughnuts for cinema[/STRIKE]

- make muffins & banana cake while cooking roast and freeze portions for the week
- hm bread
- hm flavoured bread
- going to watch the regatta tomorrow

- sign up for August GC
- have worked out debt repayments and have brought my DFD forward another month so hopefully if I continue I will be in the black in Oct! :j
- make cheese strings
- make students sandwiches for the week & freeze

- [STRIKE]super speedy tidy of the lounge & kitchen[/STRIKE]

- borrowing ds' bus ticket to go watch fireworks at the seaside tonight
- take a bottle of wine from home to drink at the fireworks (not sure if this is
or
? Maybe both...)
so far the weekend has been good. Had a really nice time with dd nearly went awry right at the beginning but I was very boundaried and it ended up being a really nice morning/afternoon. I feel that I may not have one the war just yet but today was a small victory :T
Lotte (and mogs) hope you have a wonderful holiday x
Been thanks :A it feels really good to be this close - but if I'm entirely honest I can't wait to spend some money! Not that I want to go crazy but I definately need to buy some new togs, mine are all starting to look so tired!

I'm not sure if this link will work, but this is my on-line list. A good deal of it revolves around finances and setting up a business as I hope to be debt free and self employed by the end of the 1001 days!

If the tick is green then it's completed. If there is an orangy type circle it's started and a greyed out tick hasn't been started/done yet. As you can see, I'm not doing too well at the moment!

Evenin' all
This is how far I've got today.....Morning everyone! :hello:
Everyone seems very productive this morning....like Fay I have been up for a while but needed my cuppa before I could formulate a list! Hubby was out quite late last night and as I am a silly worrier I couldn't really settle until he was home and safe, so actually two of my items were cleared off my list at midnight last night!!! I will include them on the list though and self-righteously strike them out because I like doing that
- [STRIKE]Do washing up and clean kitchen[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Tidy living room[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Go to bank and deposit money[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Make hubby nice brekkie to pacify his hangover[/STRIKE]
He got up and made himself cereal when I was at the bank - so I just had to have my sausage sandwich on my own
- Change bills to come form joint account
- [STRIKE]Try a new recipe[/STRIKE] Did stuffed aubergines

- MAYBE go to Lakeland / John Lewis and use vouchers to get a slow cooker....
- Visit garden centre
- [STRIKE]Give neighbours £5 for the insurance thingy we need[/STRIKE]
- Make neice's birthday card
- [STRIKE]Spend some quality time with hubby[/STRIKE]

Hi everybody
What a day!! Got up late, which was nice/well called for and sorted out the flat a wee bit. Have 3 biggish boxes that we're going to store in OH's parents' garage (now saving on storage unit thingy
) Not really sorted out how long we can keep stuff there etc but will help us out.
Also started honeymoon planning! Looked at luggage and going to devise a list of things I need/'need' (ie just want but think I need
) and would kinda like. Then need to see how doable it all is...
Didn't go to a night out tonight - £££ saved - but we did go to the corner shop for some beer. Pretty sure still some money saving on the night out at the pub though!
Planning some batch cooking tomorrow.
Got a bag for the charity shop and some things to e bay.
Fay I love your rice tip. I might start boiling/freezing some portions. Good for work lunches too. We've been really bad recently and started buying those microwavable pouches...
No reason why I couldn't do something like that (flavour/ingredients-wise) and freeze it...
Sorry about my waffle of a post! Not very coherent or in any sort of order!
Post tomorrow. Night all xx

I know, I know, it's ten past 7 on a sunday morning!!! I am so used to being up at 6 I couldn't sleep any longer....so here is my list:-
- Go to car boot with friend, her hubby MIGHT be watching DD so we can go without hassle!
- Write Mr T's list and go buy it! Can't put this off any longer...
- Check weather report and hang HC on line if I can
- Do any straggling HC inc towels
- Do any ironing, not much I don't think
- Tidy through and hoover through, not too much to do
- Clean bathroom
- Try and attack shed to get ready for log delivery, they didn't come yesterday so might come today
Not a lot today, purely because I don't have a lot to do!
JxNothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!0 -

quick tidy round, hoover bust, so will use a 'swiffer' instead
checked quidco
checked banking - going to be tight until I go back to work, must speak to boss this week and see if they can pay some holiday I'm owed in next pay check and not wait until I get back
catch up with news on line rather than buying a paper

Think that is about all folks, have a great day everyone0 -
