Morning all! Being an insomniac who is always up around 6.00, I had a shock this morning as I kept drifting back to sleep and finally crawled out of bed at 9.00!! I think I needed that :) Mind you, the chickens were thinking I'd left the country!

    So far today:
    • caught up on much needed sleep
    • checked banking - looks much healthier now salary has gone in
    • had HM jam on toast for breakfast
    • fed and watered chickens
    I will also:
    • look after DGD from 11 to 2.15
    • go straight from DD's to a visit a friend for the afternoon
    • have lunch at DD's so use her food ;)
    • dinner from stores
    • have an NSD
    • write my goals list for August
The last point is important as I've let things slip since starting work. I also need to look at my '101 things in 1001 days' list as I've not achieved anything from that for ages either. I hate working full time

    • HM bread in process of being made
    • kitchen tidied, units all cleared etc
    • kitchen floor swept
    • bathroom cleaned
    • living room tidied
    • checked for surveys, none
    • on-line banking, £30 to last us until next Thursday
    Still to do: -
    • hoover house
    • figure out what to make for dinner tomorrow, OH invited 7 people over as is his mum's birthday
    • buy ingredients if need any and start preparation of food
    • make HM rolls Sunday for during the week
    • think of free things to do over weekend
    • try and figure out how to make £30 last until pay day - need to get petrol and food for tomorrow but that's it so hopefully will manage
That's it for me, have a nice day everyone :) x

    Morning everyone! :hello:

Everyone seems very productive this morning....like Fay I have been up for a while but needed my cuppa before I could formulate a list! Hubby was out quite late last night and as I am a silly worrier I couldn't really settle until he was home and safe, so actually two of my items were cleared off my list at midnight last night!!! I will include them on the list though and self-righteously strike them out because I like doing that :D
    • [STRIKE]Do washing up and clean kitchen[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Tidy living room[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Go to bank and deposit money[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Make hubby nice brekkie to pacify his hangover[/STRIKE] :pHe got up and made himself cereal when I was at the bank - so I just had to have my sausage sandwich on my own :D
    • Change bills to come form joint account
    • Try a new recipe
    • MAYBE go to Lakeland / John Lewis and use vouchers to get a slow cooker....
    • Visit garden centre
    • Give neighbours £5 for the insurance thingy we need Tried to - they were out
    • Make neice's birthday card
    • Spend some quality time with hubby
I think that's it for now....will check back in later, have to run to the bank now before it closes.

    Jo :)
