So are you now saying that when she said she has received data that was untrue ?

We believe we know who she is and were aware of her when she registered on the Sat the 21st just before her first posting she has been in quarantine on the site since then.

If she is who we think she is she was allowed a membership number today to see if she would comply with the next step of membership as her data controller was nerveous of her application being a fraud, we tried to call her today but to no avail.

The problem we have is that there are a lot of concerns on this site and we have all been trying to answer the questions every since its founder got thrown off within the first ten minutes.

So I hope you can understand our concerns when we get told that someone has got a membership (not good) but then followed it up by saying she has received data which you now say she has not, it confuses and concerns us all.

I think it is fair to say we all want the truth and princesspaty/sexysara will not help the situation by making false allegations, deceptive applications or indeed phoning the ICO complaining of the systems when her so called complaint is based on a fraudulent and deceptive application.

However what is done is done and i suggest that we move on. They questions will be answered about the sites DP to the ICO as will be requested.
I don't think I commented on her receiving data?

Can I just point out that if you clearly know who she is and your website is indeed secure then you will be safe in the knowledge she has'nt obtained any info from your website.

You tried to call her but to no avail indeed.
She has already indicated that the information she provided to gain access to your website was not real and her reasons for doing so.

where did I say that she has not recieved any data?
I actually said nobody has obtained any data by deception.
How do you know the info used to register isnt infact somebody elses info given to her to use legally?

I think it is fair to say we all want the truth and princesspaty/sexysara will not help the situation by making false allegations, deceptive applications or indeed phoning the ICO complaining of the systems when her so called complaint is based on a fraudulent and deceptive application.

I agree with your first sentence however I would like you to outline where PrincessPlaty has made false alligations or has submitted deceptive applications.
I personally believe you do not like being told what flaws your very well thought through website actually has and your 'meeting with the ICO who said it was legal' was infact made up.

You are only suggesting to move on because you know you are wrong. Your posts canvassing for new members have not gone the way you wanted.

Oh and sorry but one final thing coz it is seriously beginning to grind me now!

It is PrincessPlaty not PrincessParty. Can you not tell the difference between an LA and an AR?

Platy.... Party??? 2 different words 2 different meanings.

No wonder you cant answer straight questions with a straight answer if you cant tell the difference!

It's taking a while for psaul to think of a reply.
Or maybe he's decided to bow down gracefully and leave the thread.

Princessparty : or should we call you sexysara from Mapperley in Nottingham.

Let's hope that's not a staggering breach of data protection.

There is no space between the jims and the mum clut ton.

    They are words Clutton.
She may be bluffing, she may not be but of course you already know she is/ isn't because you apparently have her details! :D

    So again.
I would like you to outline where PrincessPlaty has made false alligations or has submitted deceptive applications.

and again I have noticed your total disregard to the rest of my post.

Lets not mention that Paul/his sock puppet wants LLs to update the site with the name, DOB and NINO of all their Ts as far back as they can remember. Paul is a LL and, other than that, we seem to know very little about him. The people who register with the firm are also supposedly LLs, about whom no-one will know much.

I shall explain for one last time why this site is not dangerous and then I am going to watch eastenders with my family....
I'd spend more time improving your website.
When a LL feels concerned about a potential T:
Why if a landlord felt concerned about a potential tennant would they want them living in one of there properties?
Step 1: Said LL emails LRS with potential T (name and DOB or NINO)

Step 2: LRS find a match on their site.

Step 3: LRS email said LL with old LL contact details.

Step 4: LRS has nothing to do with step 4 (this is the traditional old method that has happened forever and ever whereby you contact old LL).
    this is step 4?
At no time does anybody get your address, where you live, your contact details, your DOB, your NINO, you favourite pet or you preferred evening meal.

However if you go down and pay your council tax, you are put on an electoral register and anybody can search the electoral role, search your address and come round your house.

I do however hope his shirt deafens.
