Not so. The promotion is for current users, but I think the message you saw means you have used the same kind of promotion before.
I have, but some 3 months ago I think, so I told them that this email (sent to me afterall!) was a new promotion!
They have added the milk to my next order and credited my account for the amount!

Hmmm...odd how it specifically gave me the "you've already used a signup code" error. Haven't had a free pint of 1% milk before (that I remember, but I could be wrong). Maybe I'll have to try contacting them like you did then - thanks Nigel!0

Do that.
Don't waste your money and time phoning them. Just add an "Oh dear" feedback response on the website.
But you'll need to make it short and you only get one feedback chance a day.
Good luck

A signup offer is an offer for which you have to sign up to get. For instance, the free £10 worth of shopping are usually sign ups only. Its to get new customers.
All of their offers now (or most anyway) seem not allow anyone has has signed up on the basis of using a signup offer. You can get the milk if you didn't sign up with a signup offer (an inductionary offer).
If you have already used the offer (the specific code) then it will say you have already used that code.
They added the milk to your order for 2 reasons:
1.) Because they emailed you the offer (I assume by mistake).
2.) It costs them next to nothing and makes an extra customer happy
I'm sure if everyone asked for some, they will all get some.Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement. Yet, as we scoff at our groping ancestors, so our descendants will surely scoff at us.

just had this email...........again not sure if anyone can use it, but worth a try x
All you need to do is follow these 3 easy steps:
Go online to milk&more and add items to your basket with a minimum spend of £2.50.
Add a pack of Kellogg's Rice Krispies Squares Bars, 4x28g.
Enter the code KRISPFREE (use capitals) to the Promotion Code box in your shopping basket and then hit the 'Go' button to claim your freebie.
It’s that simple.:money::money::money::money:

I used it and got the same message. So I cancelled all my future deliveries.
They put a £5 credit onto the account, implying that I would use the credit to reinstate the deliveries.
I'll get to a fiver, then I'll cancel the lot.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Code was accepted but no change to the price. Nevermind, they always add the credit when I complain anyway. Thanks.
Also, don't order the christmas stuff (says something like limited stock on the actual picture). My local place seems to be out of it all even though it's still on the site.
Funerlly enough though, I ordered a tin of Hero's (christmas stock) and it wasn't delivered. Later that day my local depot called saying that it's out of stock and that they have credited my account with the cost as reimbursement. Later that day, the order was canceled by them but the credit stayed in place, so I have an extra £8.99 to spend for free on top of the free credit I had. That account now has a crazy £17.40 free credit (I will use it slowely as a big order may make them suspicious lol. Hopefully they won't realise and remove the extra credit).
The original credit was the free £10 shopping posted above (thanks by the way).
I also accidently logged into my original account which got banned for some reason. It has now been reactivated and I have £5 free credit from October, haha. Some free shopping for Monday. I really really do feel bad for them and hope they don't go bust. Their bad with their terms and conditions, but the overall service is good.Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement. I was told, in a recent callback, after posting an "Oh dear" feedback, that when ordering and the date option will not highlight it means the local depot are out of stock!
So I guess then it should mean that if I am able to complete placing an order that there is stock in my local depot. I would assume therefore that all such orders will be delivered! I know it doesn't always happen, but at least it's extra reason why it should and blocks their excuse that they were out of stock!
Yes it is a good service and I have 'won' on a number of occasions. But it was still better before M&M took over when I dealt with the roundsman direct.0 -

But then again, if they say its out of stock, not much we can do. I don't think they would not deliver it if they did have it, wastes their time. It certainly could be improved.Yes it is a good service and I have 'won' on a number of occasions. But it was still better before M&M took over when I dealt with the roundsman direct.
Speak to your milkman, I believe some still do it the old way - independently (not everyone has a bank card or knows how to use a PC, especially the older generation).Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement. I agree it's not going to win much, but I like to put it on record that I was ordering it when it was in stock but they didn't deliver.
The reason they didn't delivery cud be for other reasons than really being out of stock and we can all think of many of them!
One being that they used the stock for orders after mine was made!0
