  • Got my Jugit and bag today - can't wait to try it.
But how can it work and not leak?!!!
The videos on jugit.co.uk all show it is easy to set-up, but I still don't see how the milk doesn't also come out inside the Jugit?
    Anyone know why?

Of course the waste saving is only against cartons thrown away. The glass milk bottle is still, I think, the more energy efficient.

  • I received my jug it yesterday. I have just ordered another one and the code has been accepted again. Now i have one for semi skimmed and full fat (which milk and more don't do yet...wish they would). 2 is enough now though, don't want to be greedy.:A

Argh, it does come out inside. Seems to leak quite a lot - plus its hard to pierce the bag with the stout. Not sure how long the idea of juggit will last. I don't want at least 15% of all milk I buy wasted.

It even leaks when you pour and drips onto the floor. I'd much rather buy plastic bottles - afterall, it gets recycled anyway.

    Oh thats scarey.
The videos show it fitting easily and pouring OK (well they would wouldn't they?!).
Are you doing it the same as the videos show?

  • Iv not seen the video's but the juggit came with instructions (seemed pretty simple). The stout will never make a perfect hole which fits perfectly around it and will never allows the bag to slide down. The juggit also takes up up more space on the fridge.

No idea why they didn't make one that you poor into the jug and the throw away or recycle the bag straight away.

I agree the paper instructions look simple enough and the videos seem to follow them closely. But maybe there is something to gain from watching them. Then maybe you can save us making a mistake. Whether it's in using the Jugit or even deciding to order it!

Maybe I'm just useless with it then. It was my 1st attempt.

nandrews, as its only 99p, order it and see if it leaks for you or not. Maybe its 50-50
