I left feedback for them, and they phoned and left a message on my 1571 saying the £2.50 won't show until until the next invoice is generated, and to call them if there's any problems.

Just looked at my invoices and found this. Have I got £10 credit? I think I put in a code and thought it had not worked. Has anyone else had one of these? If so, how do they work? Thanks.

hi can someone explain this to me? can you just order your daily milk and odd bits n bobs then settle your milk bill online too?

if so I guess its safer than the milkie collecting lots of money

You can pay online with debit/credit card each time you buy but then you need to order a minimum of £2.50 each time.

If you set up a direct debit there is no minimum order amount, therefore you can just order the free things when they are available with no charge.
