    Sophiecat.

Interesting, but how did you use it?
Added something to your regalar order to take it over £2.50 and apply the code to the added item?

    Let us know

    Hi Nigel,

Yes, I took it to over £2.50. I don't order regularly, just every now & then. My order came to £2.69, then I added the code & it deducted £2.50.

Confirmed. Code is OK and it deducts £2.50.

I just tried to use the snowball code, and when I entered the code, they said applying the code was successfull. I ordered 2 packs of 26 crisps for £2.07 each. The total came to £4.14, and it's showing in my recent orders that I owe £4.14 with no mention of the code being applied.

Did you 'confirm' the order, then check it in the view/edit order section? Did you type the code in capital letters?

Yes, typed the code in Capital letters, and the message stated the code was applied successfully.

I then confirmed the order, then checked in the view/edit section, and no sign of the code being applied. Just a charge of £4.14 for the crisps.
  • then leave it and wait until the 2th to see what the your invoice says. Contact them if it hasn't changed.

Thanks, I now have £2.50 off the 27 mince pies. Wasn't going to order but with the discount it makes it seem very reasonable
