I had my best night's sleep for over 2 weeks last night
and no night sweats either :j
£1.57 PAD to Barclaycard
Been to library and got a couple of funny books out. I need something like that at the moemnt. Can't be doing with any chic-lit romances.
We're off out later but right now DD is sitting on t sofa watching Grease and demanding her lunch....
Laters....It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Today has been my first NSS (no spend Saturday
) for ages and we didn't even have to stay in to achieve it.
I've got some library books so feel like I've 'bought' something and we went to see the lights get switched on and met up with a couple of friends so we've socialised too
I've just epilated my legs and slathered body lotion over so feel all female again. Might paint my finger nails tonight as well. Need to keep up with the fabbiness, it's getting me through some tough times at the moment (and has already got me some attention
).

We were supposed to go for a nice long walk in the country today and then have a pub lunch but my friend text to say her daughter wasn't well and I knew there was no way I'd get DD out on a long walk without a little friend so we had a rethink.
We went to the local massive shopping centre with my sister and nephew. All I spent was £10.99 on a birthday present. My sis bought McDonalds for lunch. Then we went back to hers and I made my nephew's costume for his nursery xmas play - he's a candle (I ask you?)...anyway a pillowcase, some sparkly card and 1 hour later and I had made the perfect candle costume, if there is such a thing :rotfl:
They came to us for dinner, so that's the McD's paid back.
Just had a nice bath, used my sugar scrub and did the OCM. Will paint nails later if I remember.
Byee, need to catch up on last week's Garrow's Law before this week's is onI do love a good period drama on a Sunday evening

Sorry to hear that your relationship broke down. I guess that is always tough when you have a little one you have had to consider too. Like the idea of the sugar scrub might give that a go at some point this week.
Hope things keep plodding along ref debt repayments
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Been quite busy at work today and hardly had time to look at t'internet. Someone has been flirting quite outrageously with me on email. I won't act on it (at least I don't think I will ) but there are far worse people who could be flirting with me and it is a bit of a confidence boost which is what I need right now.
Went for my run at lunchtime. One down, two to go
£37.50 on OnePoll
£1.01 PAD to Barclaycard
Spends today = £3.28 which was a birthday card, some bread flour and some yeast.
DD came out of school in her trainersher school shoes had broken. Fortunately my lovely mum took her into town and bought her a new pair and I don't even have to pay her back. Half price in Clarks too - very MSE.
That's it for now - off for a snuggle on the sofa....It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -

Thank you and welcome to my diary
My DD has been a little star recently. I don't know what I would have done without her.
Def give the sugar scrub a try - I make mine fresh every time and at least I know what's in itIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
I've upped my DD to barclaycard to £100 per month. I'm going to carry on PADding though because that bumps it up even more.
£2.29 PAD today
£38 on One Poll
Second run of the week - done :T
Scampi and chips for tea tonight as DD liked it so much
Need to put a loaf on as soon as I get in. I've put all the stuff in ready, just need to switch it on, hope I don't forgetIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Oooh that's a good payment to Barclaycard, how much longer do you have til you pay it off?
You're very close on Onepoll to the magic £40...I have ages yet:o I hoped to get it by Christmas but that won't happen now I don't think - oh well, it can be a New Year treat - I'll need the extra then;)
Scampi and chips....fab, one of my favourites. It's my default choice when eating out...I just gaze at the menu for ages then say 'Sacmpi':rotfl:I really need to sort out a new signature!0
