The Sun £9.50 holidays - anyone heard through the post yet?

We haven't heard a word either, wish we knew if we were going or not!! Waiting for post every morning!!
We applied by post weeks ago but only asked for ONE site but 3 dates? Rather afraid that we will not be lucky? We asked for Oct, anyone heard re Oct yet??

I've not heard back, I didn't post my application till monday 26th july and only put 3 dates and 4 parks but the cheque was cashed on Friday there so hopefully will find out soon where we're going

We also put October down, my cheque has been cashed through my bank account this morning, so maybe we will have a holiday after all. Just got to wait for the postman now. I did try calling the number which can use if you haven't heard by the specified date, but the phone line says it doesn't open until then which is the 25 August i believe.

We got our letter yesterday too. Didn't get our 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice of dates but still happy.

Posted on the day the 10th code was available and our cheque was cashed today. Not received anything by post though......

I got my confirmation yesterday, i got my fourth choice of park and fifth date. Not very pleased as I have since checked on the sun website and my earlier choices are available on there. Doesn't seem fair, but i guess thats the chance you take in order to get a bargain holiday. If I knew about the Daily Mail holidays before then I probably wouldn't have bothered with the sun deals.
Even though, got a holiday to look forward too which I am sure will be great.

Mickie - Sorry to hear you didn't get your top choices or dates. Seems really strange when ones higher on your list are available. If you don't mind me asking, where are you going and on what date? I put down September and October weekend dates but haven't heard back yet and my cheque still hasn't been cashed. There seems to be a lot of people who haven't heard yet though, so am not giving up hope.

Hi, sorry to post on this thread but didnt get a response on the other thread i posted on.

I booked last week for one of the sun holidays. I did it online through their site. It has taken my payment for the hoilday which is on May, But what i dont understand is; do i need any vouchers/codes etc?? It didint aks me for any when booking, but ive noticed on this thread that ppl have sent tokens away.

I am totally confused as i am new to this sun holiday stuff. I dont want to get there next yr and them say i need some tokens or something.
