Hello... I came in at £344.78 for AUG 2010. Aiming for £500 for SEPT 2010... Thanks!
    2014 GC: £957.61/ £5400
  • Have just updated my sig, as forgot to do it last time I had a spend - which was last Monday!

Was away for 2 nights camping with DD4 and DGS4 and DGD5 - all spends then came out of my "holidays" budget. Since getting home have been living out of the storecupboard and fridge. Milk was delivered on Saturday (already accounted for as paid by Dir. Debit), but I MAY need to pop out for a pint today (of milk I mean!) - unless I can get by with herbal tea. Shouldn't need anything else though - still have fruit and veg, cheese, eggs etc., and made bread yesterday. So, hope to end the month with a little bit of cash left in my "grocery" purse! Will post tomorrow night hopefully.

Hi all, I went over slightly, due to buying beer and treats over the bank holiday weekend, and buying a £55 specialist dog bed/cushion for my poor arthritic pooch. :(

My Total was £386/£380. Aiming for £380 again for September, thanks.

I'll be joining the NSD challenge next month, and trying to stay as far as possible below my grocery budget, whilst eating healthily. For us that means good premium quality meats, free range eggs, and lots of fruit and veg. At least I won't need to buy another pricey dog bed this month!

Well, I was a bit over for August - £181 was my final total, £21 over - eek!
Please put me down for £160 again for Sept, as you can see my Sept has already started. I'm determined to claw back the overspend this month. Should do it as I've got vouchers from Mr T for £10 off IYS £30 weekly over the next 4 wks - quite a good deal!

made a meal from the garden today...patty pan squash baked in a home made cheese and chive sauce and served with fresh french beans! Only had to add a bit of butter, flour and milk. It was lovely.

Still can't declare for August yet as there's is still one more day, and I will need veg tomorrow.

2 NSDs in a row - bit late in the day, but better late than never, so my total is still £283, and I'm still £8.29 over my £275 budget, though alas, that will change tomorrow :(
