Approved Foods thread

I had an order for last Friday brought today some five days late.Tubs of Sharwood sauces were not labelled and indistinguishable from each other.Moreover they contravene Weights and Measures and similar Acts.The crisps were packed underneath jars of olives,and therefore reduced to crumbs.I intend to raise a dispute with ny bank and seek a repayment.AF can come and coleect if they want as this is not acceptable.I order every three weeks and each time there is a glitch of some sort.I have considered trying Food Bargains again.

Thats not good.. but why are you ordering every 3 weeks if there
is something wrong each time?

It would be far quicker & simpler to email Approved Food to arrange a refund and/or return for either the items you are unhappy with or the whole order than it would be to raise a dispute with your bank.

Approved Food, Big Brands For Less, & Food Bargains all despatch orders that have various problems from time to time & the vast majority of these problems can be sorted out with a simple email or two to the company (although FB do tend to drag their feet when it comes to issuing a refund so further emails may be necessary when dealing with them).
