Doing fine thanks.
Had never thought of doing something like table tennis for exercise. I think I need to start thinking out of the box more!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
Have had to pay £65 for my table tennis membership for the coming year... Not bad considering I was paying £37 a month on the gym before, but I'd rather play table tennis once a week, than 2 hours on the treadmill...
Actually, I'd rather play table tennis once a YEAR than spend 2 hours on the treadmill :rotfl:

OH & I had a great holiday in Cornwall a few years ago. It did take aaaaaaaaages to get there driving from London [don't live there now] but it was so worth it. The Eden project was fab and its all very geared up for visitors in Cornwall but not in a tacky way. Very relaxing place and great beaches. Hope you have a lovely time and are able to chill out too.0

Hello all!
Day was hell!
Got up early to make sure I could get everything done at work before holidays... Clearly my car had other ideas... I broke down  50 yards from home.. Fortunately, we have breakdown coverage with our joint account.. Had to wait an hour, adn a tow truck showed up.. Clearly not a mechanic.. Broke down because of engine failure warning light.. According to the "non mechanic" tow truck driver, there's nothing wrong with the car... Great, therefore I sat in the car getting stressed for nothing... I fully intend to drive this car to Cornwall & back without breaking down... This remains to be seen.. Please pray for me...:(
Arrived at work late..to be faced by a colleague (that I can't stand) wishing to speak to me urgently.. Me thinking: "great, what is she gonna tell me, another pile of cr*p I'm gonna have to deal with!" But oh no, she spent the next hour apologising fro making my life hell for the last 6 months, and for criticising the way I manage my staff... Blimeymiracles do happen...
At that point, great, thought my day was picking up, but then home time, quick look outside the window...and joy oh joy, it's August, and therefore its Monsoon today.. Rarely seen so much rain falling so quickly.. Chaos on the road.. On a journey of 17 miles which usually takes me about half an hour, tonight took me 2H30!! Thats my evening of quiet packing for the holidays, out of the window...
Great day indeed, only one more day at work, and we are off to Cornwall..
At least yesterday was better.. OH & I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary, and went to Gaucho (Argentinian restaurant) in manchester... Very nice meal and a few drinks .. As it fell mid-week, we are having a spa weekendaway in September, where I will finally be able to enjoy my 30th birthday present (off to a race track to drive an Audi R8 & a Porsche 911)..:D
Hope everybody is well?

Hi Froggy
Thank you for sharing your MFW diary, I am really feeling that I need to do the same thing too. So reading how you are starting out is very inspiring.
I hope you enjoy your trip to Cornwall I like polperro and looe very nice places to just relax. If you go to Eden it is best not to go on a very hot day as the Biodome's get too hot/humid and unbearable to enjoy.
I will be popping in from time to time to see how you are getting on I hope like you to be free sooner rather than later
