Hi Froggy. Its been a long time since I have read any posts. Sorry to hear you have been having such a togh time over last few months. I have done the big D myself, the practicalities are easier to get over than the emotions behind it. Try and sort out something amicably if possible.
I wish you good fortune and prosperous times ahead.
When things have been tough for me I followed some words of advice from an older colleague, when I asked 'What do I do? he said 'keep breathing, the rest will sort itself out'
took a while but he was right.

    Hey Hastie

    Nice to see you around..
Thankfully, ex OH & I get on really well, it's all amicable.. It's just hard to start back from the beginning..but I'll be ok, one day at a time..
    Hope you are ok..

    Evening all

1st day back at work over.. Think I might need a drink.. Very long and frustrating day indeed..

On a good note, I have just added £200 to the pot :D:D:D:D

Well happy with that, it takes me over the £5K barrier..Onwards & upwards..

    Have a great evening all..

Small victory against Ryana1r.. Refund on its way :T

Very busy at work, was also working from home all day yesterday :o am absolutely shattered, and my place looks like a bomb site..

Feeling very poor this month as budgets are stretched to the max..and I have made the fatal error to start looking on r1ghtmove for house / flat for sale.. some lovely places out there..Just can't afford any of them at the moment.. I could stretch to about a shed these days..

Not always easy to live in a house share, I have wishes to live on my own and rent a place.. but that would mean putting off the date of me owning my own place even further down the line..

Am out on Wednesday night for dinner - invited therefore MSE, and helping my Ex move to her new place on Saturday.. How good of me? Saint Froggy :A, here I come :rotfl:

If you start to look now you will be able to spot a bargain when it comes up. Plus, you will know which properties have been on the market a long time so you can put in a cheeky offer and it's more likely to get accepted.

Do we need to write to the pope to get you that sainthood? We could start a petition.

Oh well, I knew this good fortune would not last long..
My landlord announced last night that he would end the tenancy agreements as soon as possible.. His girlfriend, aka the gold digger is pregnant.. She threw a strop and the want all 4 bedrooms vacated..

I am back to square one.. This time i am not sure I want to live in a house share.. I would rather be in a place of my own..

But that would mean no Froggy on the MFW band Waggon for a LONG LONG time... We are talking years..unless a miracle happens..

Rent is really expensive down here..and cheap places are few and far between..

I am off to view a place on Thursday night, much closer to work..
