No luck on the viewing.. The place was tiny and no storage at all..The landlady was also trying to dodge council tax on the brand new annexe..
I am viewing another place tonight.. Let's wait and see..
Lots of money spent this week.. and credit card bill will land on the doorstep next week..
On MS front, had a free meal out last night

Morning all
Finally Friday.. Unfortunately very busy weekend ahead.. No rest for the wicked
The viewing last night was pants..The house was lovely..but the room itself is not much bigger than a box room..the landlord was just weird..kind of a guy you know will be on the news soon for having kept his family locked in the cellar for the last 20 years..a bit creepy all in all..I have another viewing tomorrow at 11..
Have a good day all!

Afternoon
Finally found a new place to live.. Much closer to work and this one is not a house share..
My application is going through referencing and credit check but hopefully this should not be a problem..
The move in date should be Tuesday 16th if all goes well..
I can finally have some peace and quiet in my own place..
Rent is quite so it will be a real challenge to raise a deposit quickly for a new mortgage.. The deposit and agent fees + a fair few bits and pieces to buy for the new place are likely to wipe out the rest of my savings..
Hope everybody is well?

Froggy that was quick. Hopefully the peace and quiet will make the higher rent worth it. Thats it, I am officially poor..
I have paid the deposit (1.5 month rent) 1 month rent in advance and the estate agent fee.. It will be VERY tight for the next few months!!
I have a great meet up to look forward to on the 20th! Can't wait for that day..
I am moving into my new place on Tuesday.. Meeting the landlord there at 10.30am to get keys, do the inventory and get the utilities readings..
I have taken Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday off work to get everything done without having to rush too much around..
Hoping this is the beginning of something good..
