Gutted! I bought £800 worth of Euros at 8:30 this morning...

I take it this means the " sale " rate will apply to orders placed online between 4-5 pm (euros) today? For delivery or collection I wonder??

I rang travelex half hr ago and online rate was 1.1673 ( but you need to give 4 hrs advance notice for collection , and
1.0646 for collecting just there and then( no pr e - order)

I'm due to get £2200 worth of dollars so will wait until tomorrow to buy them. Does anyone know if these sale rates apply to the travel cards they do, or is it just currency?

Thanks for the heads up, just about to purchase £250 worht of Euros, so will wait until 4pm and check whats what via your calculator thingy at http://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.com/holiday-money/#results

Think it may have started a bit early, as I checked this morning and checked at 3.45pm and I get a few extra £ from travelex already...will wait to 4pm jus tincase though

gutted, there is no travelex at manchester airport anymore. they were offering £250 worth 297 in euros, oh well thats me out. gutted
