What does everyone else do every day?
Every day I seem to always:
1) Check all my account balances (for which I have Internet Banking);
2) Check Quidco & Rpoints;
3) Check out the DFW forum here; and
3) Read the Motley Fool and, on Wednesday, Martin's tip
Worst of all, I want to DO something!!! Every day!!! But money doesn't move that fast and so I have to twiddle my thumbs for extended periods, getting very frustrated, and then suddenly pay, pay, pay, transfer, think, transfer some more, look up new deal, etc etc.
Any tips on useful things to do every day/regularly to satisfy my need to do things?

New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
Ahh, am relieved it isn't just me I check my online banking every hour or so, check on here every hour or so, check eBay if i'm selling near on constantly, i'll happily use up a lunch hour to walk to the bank to pay in a fiver (or to queue up and take out a fiver, in pound coins, which I spend slower than I would if i took £10 out the cash machine).
I wake up thinking of the days menus for me and my OH and I constantly have an updating shopping list in my head. Every week before going food shopping and making a meal plan I check all Tesco/Sainsburys/Boots/Superdrug and double check what I want from where (main shop easiest in Sainsburys but I can walk to Tesco at lunch if it's worth my while).
Sad, really, but it's gradually working Makes my working day go a tad quicker and stops me popping over to M&S for King Prawns! :cool:
Yes, you're normal0 -
This is completely normal behaviour for the DFW. :T
My OH always wonders how i can remember so many "bank" numbers for my online accounts. Tee hee.How long til pay day? :eek:
