    Evening Padders!!

Quick question...How do you deal with people that never stump up the cash for the things they ask you to get them from the shop?

If I go out for a wander down the shop at lunchtime, my boss always asks me to get him a bar of chocolate (one of the £1 bars) but never gives me the money back. I would have minded once or twice but now it seems like everytime I leave the office. I've tried telling him that it's gone up in price, I've handed over the receipt when I give him the choc and I've asked him outright if he's ever going to pay for it but he just laughs and brushes it off as a joke.

He's been away for a few weeks and it was his 1st day back today and he's at it again...already! I know £1 isn't much but I must have wasted £10-15 on bars of choc or bottles of juice for him in recent weeks...I don't want to do it anymore :o

Could you tell him you've only got enough cash on you for what you need so if he wants anything you need the money up front? Or just keep 'forgetting' to buy it unless he gives you the cash :rotfl:
It's not like you to let something go like that! :D
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

What about not going to the shop - or at least telling him that - and just going for a walk. If he asks you to call in the shop for him, tell him you haven't brought any money with you or apart from your bus fare or whatever so he'll have to give you the money if he wants anything.
