Hiya All!

Well, Shred arrived on Saturday, but I didn't see it until late in the evening. So...I spent some time cleaning and tidying to make some room for myself and then woke up miserable yesterday, picked a fight with the OH and then spent about 2-3 hours crying cos I miss my friends and family and really miss having someone to just pop round to for a chat, or go for a walk with etc. Yes, I've apologised to the OH and thankfully he understands (lucky me!).

Anyway, wasn't in the mood for doing Shred then, plus I had a thumping headache. But.....the area is tidy and ready for me now, so will be doing it tonight! I'm scared! lol

Paul - I'm sorry to hear that you're holiday was not as relaxing as you hoped. The parents should've kept a closer eye on their child, and removed that sword. I know that if my niece's behave like that, any one of us adults would give them a warning and then remove it if they continued. Here's a hig for you! HUG!!!!!! (my virtual hugs are sooooo not as good as my real ones!)

And a big welcome to all newbies! PAD is great! As you will see from my sig, the totals are actually going down quite nicely, instead of up! :D

Pyscho - I hope you feel better soon too. Seems like we both had a bit of sh'tty day yesterday. I hope you're feeling better today. Big hug for you too! HUGGGGGG!!!!!

MinniMe - I'm glad you're feeling better now and that things seem more positive. Hugs for you too! HUGGGG!!

And well done to everyone who is continuing with Shred, diets and PADding! :D

Hi all, another £1 to Barclaycard.

Forced myself to do shred level 2 again this morning and was slightly (very slightly!) easier.

Good luck for later Euro. :T

To echo euro, hugs to everyone that needs them, I certainly do after getting really horrible news on Friday.

New job is going ok but still a bit unsure about it. Doing a lovely 10 hour shift tonight. :(

After having a !!!!py day yesterday, I'm full of hugs today! lol

Thanks for the good luck! I bought an extra banana at lunch to eat on the way home. Give me some energy for the workout, but not fill me up so that I get cramp! lol

  • No pad for me yet, but I am back from Belfast later today so I can stop spending money on FOOD! Haven't done shred while I've been here, surprise surprise, but I just feel so tired and lousy. All I can think about now is what a stressful day I'll have tomorrow, got to sort out euros, hopefully pay expenses cheque in, fit in a meeting with my mentee if she is available, pack, get myself down to gatwick, do some washing and get it dry before i pack! Finishing work, at the very earliest, at 2am tonight so I'm going to be soooo tired.

Anyway thanks EURO, I feel a bit better today but still trying to hold it in check a bit. Glad you feel better..... hugs for everyone else too. xxx
