Thank you. I am due to fly on 22nd, but it's really beginning to look like that won't happen as snow is forecast for both here and there.
Hopefully I will be able to get home, but I'm now trying to prepare myself for the possibility that I won't be, so it doesn't hit me so hard. Got quite upset about it earlier this week, until I went to Qi Kwan Do and took out my stress on the mats!Certainly helps!
At the moment, it's raining in my part of NL, but snowing in the Eastern parts and it's due to get colder tonight and then snow...lots. Sigh. Oh well, at least it's nearly the weekend.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
£1 to the jar for me yesterday, plus £40 to Simply Be, £12.50 to B/C and £5 to the loan. Total of £58.50*Insert interesting words here*0
-
Simply Be finally collected my parcel, so I'll look forward to a nice credit from that... fingers crossed anyway! I'll count that as a PAD since this thread motivated me to finally do it.
Also hubby found out he's getting £100 bonus plus £240 for being on call over Christmas/New Year so that can all get PAD'ed!

Happy birthday for yesterday flying fresian!
Well i em haven't been able to make any daily PADS due to car of doom arghhh Bleeding repairs arghh
Had a right carry on with natwest, as they lost five payments which i made to the big credit card. So after much anger i finally managed to get four of the paymenst found, but ad to for one or i was going to keep getting late payments for it.
So i managed not to get charged £350 which would have taken me way over my limit. Worst thing is as i was speaking to the advisors kept saying you wouldn't have these problems if you banked with us. Er actually i bank with Natwest, pay with online banking and the bulk fo my debt is with them. Get on that you daft get. I was / still am so angry with them.
On the good news Hellish Halifax will be gone fingers crossed by the end of the year.
Been paying £20 a week of it, and i only owe them £55:j:j.
So my pads this week
£27 to nasty nat (yesterday)
£20 to hellish halifax (today)
So my resolution now is to post on here everyday with a pad even if its only 1p.0 -
Morning,
The snow is back:(, i'm just glad theres only one day of school left.
Green - what a nightmare, i hate that catalogue! i had issues with them years ago. I was going to be late making, was in labour at the time, the guy totally understood why i was unable to get to town to pay it and then a week later i got a not very nice phone call demanding money. It was also the first time i'd ever made a late payment (only one day late too) and when i refused to pay money there and then they increased my minimum payments to rediculous amounts and froze my account. Stupid people. Glad you got it sorted tho.
My pad today is £4 to next xmas please:D£387.39/£196.46
