Hi all
Another 50.00 please Paul to my ISA.Payment A Day £15 (started 17/5/14) :j0 -
Hi all
Well I finally started my xmas shopping yesterday lol - 5 down only another 100 to go :rotfl:or so it feels like!
Still haven't got my car back!!! and the mechanic still hasn't told me a priceam still feeling slightly sick at the thought of how much its going to cost!
I had a right carry on with kays catalogue :mad::mad::mad::mad: yes I was that mad with them yesterday!!!
I paid them off on 11th Nov, then yesterday I get a letter from their debt recovery people informing me that I need to make an immediate payment of £36 by the 29th November - er it was 14th yesterday!! and then a further payment of £133 :mad::mad: So I spent quite a bit of time yesterday on the phone to various departments cos each one said it was nothing to do with them! Oooooooooooooooh am still bl00dy mad now thinking about it!!
Turns out that my account had been paid off on the 11th nov but I'd agreed to 2 extended warranties for 2 ipods I'd bought 4 years ago at £36 each and then on top of that they'd charged me £12 late fee and then another charge of £12 er for what I don't know!!!
After being calm (for 5 minutes) shouting and yes even swearing with frustration at one point!!!
I finally convinced them that I hadn't ordered anything from them for over 3 years!! and that I wouldn't have ordered any extended warranties for the ipods when 1 of them had broke 2 years ago and was in the bin!!!! and they were not getting another penny out of me they could take me to bloody court first!! They refunded the 2 £36 warranties (how kind) and the £12 late fee charges!! So fingers crossed I'm finished with them for good!!
I asked for them to send me a letter to confirm all of that and they said they couldn't very suss that like!! so we shall see!!!

Bloody hell Green that sounds like a faff with them. At least they did refund it all in the end though.
I've been awol a bit lately as I've been so tired after that bout of flu (One of my pet hates is people who say "oh I've got flu," when really it's a bad cold, but I think it actually was flu with me because I couldn't get out of bed for 3 days). I just feel really drained and detached with a constant headache and it's really annoying me now! Roll on the weekend!
