  • A group of children were trying very hard to become accustomed to Nursery School.

The biggest hurdle they faced was that the teacher insisted on NO baby talk!

You need to use 'Big People' words,' she was always reminding them.

She asked John what he had done over the weekend?

'I went to visit my Nana'..

No, you went to visit your GRANDMOTHER.

    Use 'Big People' words!'

She then asked Mitchell what he had done

    'I took a ride on a choo-choo'.

She said. 'No, you took a ride on a TRAIN.

You must remember to use 'Big People' words'.

She then asked little Alex what he had done?

'I read a book' he replied.

    That's WONDERFUL!' the teacher said.

    'What book did you read?'

Alex thought real hard about it,

then puffed out his chest with great pride, and said,

    'Winnie the SH*T'

Yes, but not until after we move out... although the more I put towards the new deposit, the less I'll have to pay my flatmate back. I just hope my wages are good!

Well done on getting that money you needed together! :T

I don't have much of an appetite just now anyway so a couple of loaves of bread and a jar of jam should do me nicely :D

Don't you ever just feel like you're living in a vicious circle? It always seems to be one thing or another with you, it doesn't seem fair!

Seriously tho have you got enough for food? There's no point paying your bills and leaving yourself with nothing to buy food with!! Your health is more important than a couple of bills! Look after yourself!

It could be so much worse I suppose, and on the bright side I'm still in a better position with how much debt I've paid off since last year so it's not all bad. But yes, it always seems to be one thing after another. I sometimes wonder if I should just give it up and move back home.... in the 3.5 years I've had my job and moved away, I've moved 6 times!!
