Although I'm in the southeast, the daytime temperature has only been hovering around 1-2 degrees today. I didn't do a full day at work either.
Can you believe that I'm such a tightarse, I haven't even had the heating on yet?. Mind you, it is a well insulated flat with double glazing. Also, the hot water tank is in a cupboard in the middle of the flat so that helps.

And, it's the only one I have I'm afraid, lol
Edit: Oh yes, my suggestion is only good if you have a girl! lol[/QUOTE
Thanks for the suggestion and it is a lovely name especially as it is very, very similar to my own real name so unfortunately we cannot use it. But thanks for the suggestion.

Well I'm finally able to to make a pad!!
I found out a few days ago that I received an overpayment from tax credits but I've paid most of it back today so pad of £190.40 please Silaqui. Not sure if it counts as a pad as it wouldn't technically have been a debt until the end of the financial year but you can count it if you want!!

Hi all
Well done FF :T:j
Anyone moaning that they've got no snow can have ours! I hate it and I also hate the d*ckhead drivers who think it's fun to race around and skid all over the place especially when they're already up my ar5e!!!!:mad: I've nearly been hit a couple of times today!!!
Don't know if I told you all about one of my neighbours in the summer complaining about my conifer trees??? Well actually he complains about anything and everything!! I got a letter off his insurance company today telling me I had to remove them!!!
Apparently they've caused subsidence in his garage!! He got an arborist to exam the area (they took samples of the soil) - not his garage floor tho that was supposedly cracked but they haven't shown me any proof!!! The thing is its a clay based area around here and quite a few houses have had to be underpinned due to subsidence!! Neighbours insurance company are saying it's just my conifers that are causing his problem - not his cherry tree a couple of foot away from his garage or his other neighbours tree/shrubs which are up against his garage!!:( and amazingly up until recently he had an apple tree in his garden about 2 foot away from his garage and its disappeared!!!!! Which I would say is what has caused his subsidence!!!!!!
They were so nice tho they even quoted me a price of £596 to remove the conifers for me - how nice :(
Pad today is £10 OH, £5 cap1 and 25p jar pls
