  • I'm afraid the 2nd pic is me at the moment :o:eek: and me and OH still aren't talking! In my defense I did warn him what I'd be like! He's never smoked so has no idea what it's like!! He thinks that you can just stop lilke that and thats it! er I wish!!!

I have tried in the past with patches, they failed and gave me bad nightmares!!!! Tried gum - yuck yuck yuck - made me go out and buy cigs to get rid of disgusting taste :o I packed in for 4 years once and that was sheer willpower. Then I went through marriage break up and funnily enough reached for the cigs!

My only motivation was the money!! I actually enjoyed a cig  but do you know twice now I've been stood in a queue and both people in front of me had obviously just had a cig and it smelt disgusting!! Mind you by next week they may smell heavenly :rotfl: but I am determined to do it this time as I've said I'm £300 a month down and I just can't justify spending over £100 on cigs! :o:o

oh good luck Green!! me and the husband are now 5 months cig-free and it's well worth it.

well done to everyone who's cleared a debt too!

please put me down for £31.21 for the past couple of days.

I don't think Jimmy Choos come in my foot size (9) would need a lottery win to have them made to order.

PADs to report total £140 - £80 to savings a/c and £60 to Argo$ card.

OH has just got back from Cleckeaton and he is starting work on Monday, better wages (but obviously more travel costs) but an approx 6 month contract.

Wages in tomorrow are almost totally to go on bills (the car loan being but one) but should manage a few PADs, Fuel goes on the A$da card (pay off in full every month so no interest but save 1p per litre).

I stopped smoking in September 1987 - 6 months preggers:o and with shocking bronchitus. Two weeks of having to use an inhaler to keep breathing cured me. Not a method I would recomemnd but I have never even wanted to smoke since:D

I need to find about £15 per day at the rate I'm going. I might make it, but it's going to be tough!
