Ah thanks EE - I have just thought 'Sod it' and ordered the Shred DVD on Amazon haha! If nothing else it will add a bit of variety! (Have the strange feeling I may regret buying it haha)
Angelic I can't believe that guy at work, cheeky bleeder! I hope you gave him what for!

PAD for me is another £1 please
Thank you! I also had a look at the website last night too. Will try some of the recipes but a lot are not suitable for me due to the cheese in them. Should be good for the OH though
I made us both a nice yummy ommelette last night with bacon, red peppers and onions. Yummy!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Morning All
Thanks for the congrats on paying off my loan. I have a question which I know this probably isn't the right place for but apart from OS I only lurk in other places.:o I have £1200 on a Tesco CC which has just finished it's 0% so the interest has now gone up to 16.9%. I'm planning on paying this off over the next 3 months. Should I leave it there or move it to another card where I get 9 months interest free but have to pay 3% BT fee. I'm thinking it will work out about the same. I'll already have to pay some interest as I haven't sorted it out soon enough.
Thanks
My PAD for today is £4.49 please.

I'm going to "do Davina" :rotfl:tomorrow, are you definitely all noticing a difference with this Shred thing? Are there a lot of push ups and things with it? I have dodgy joints in my wrists so can't do push ups, is it a major part of the routine??
xx
I'm worried about that part too, but was thinking I would just have to do a different exercise that doesn't require me placing all my weight on my wrists. That's where the tins of beans come in handy!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
