Yikes! it's Monday and I haven't given Eager Elephant my weight loss for last Wednesday -very sorry for that
I lost 2 lbs last week (most of it was water methinks but as I had a migraine for a few days and it put me right off my food this might explain a bit of the loss)
but now I feel a lot better and keep having the munchies so will see what happens this week -went to Borough market and just had to try the samples so this week ?????
Well done Angelic:T for adding up last month -you did a luverly job!!!:)

MY PAD for today is £203.46 to LLoyds TSB which pays off my loan - wahey!:jpsychopathbabble wrote: »I hardly ache at all this morning, the only thing I'm doing easier on shred is the press-ups, do you think i should do Level 1 again trying to do full body press-ups, or just try Level 2?
Go with the full body press-ups on level 1. Then when you find the whole thing too easy move to level 2. DH and I are going to do level 1 for 10 days and then move up to level 2. That said, level 1 is still killing me :eek:Purpleclutterbuck wrote: »Hello to Boobylou :hello:the new "Padderadderupperer!!" What a title!

Sorry but I am such a dimwit I just had to come and share with you....
The roast dinnner I cooked yesterday was very nice, but I did wonder why half of the chicken hadn't been cooked and the potatos took so long.... I have just discovered that I cooked both the roast dinner and the cakes on the GRILL setting of the oven!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

I think this is the latest thread.

That is actually pretty impressive!
No pad from me today as I still can't get onto internet banking. Wish they would hurry up and send me a new pin number!
I haven't done any exercise today but have got back on the healthy eating wagon and had Special K for breakfast, 2 slices of tiger bread with marmite, a piece of cheese, and a tomato, followed by a small portion of pasta and pesto and a salad for dinner.
I'm going to "do Davina" :rotfl:tomorrow, are you definitely all noticing a difference with this Shred thing? Are there a lot of push ups and things with it? I have dodgy joints in my wrists so can't do push ups, is it a major part of the routine??

Evening All,
Long time no PaD for me, well I've been doing teeny ones but not posting. Should be back on the wagon now though so PaD for me of £158.96 please booby.
Just reading about all the Shred shenanigans inspired me to do something so went for a walk and a catch up with a friend - 7 1/2 hours hike in the Peak District was the result!
Hope everyone is well. Off to catch up on the rest of the thread now x0 -
Back with a sneaky £20 PAD Booby from some creative money shifting, it's heading predictably towards my ISA/Halifax 0% fund
Well done Juliejim on finishing your loan to the Black Horse
