There are some push ups but maybe instead of doing them the conventional way you go do it using your forearms on the floor instead of your hands??

The only thing I can say about Shred is that it is haaaarrrddd!!

DH is supposed to be doing Shred with me but was too poorly but managed to try and tell me the right way to do things.
